Job summary

Bank of America in College Park, GA seeks a senior Business Manager within the Enterprise Transaction Services (ETS) COO organization. You will lead and develop Band 4/5 FLU Business Managers who support executives across ETS, aligning priorities with centralized leadership and best practices.

The role requires strong leadership, executive presence, and the ability to drive complex programs across multiple teams. Onsite work may be expected to support leadership routines and site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business management or related experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance and accountability.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a large organization.
• Strong executive presence, judgment, and business acumen.
• Ability to connect related priorities across an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Band 4 and Band 5 FLU Business Managers with clear expectations and succession planning.
• Foster a connected team with best practices and collaborative learning.
• Maintain understanding of ETS priorities to coach teams and connect work
• Partner with ETS executives to translate priorities into actions and deliverables.
• Lead leadership routines, executive meetings, and strategic reviews.
• Anticipate leadership needs and manage emerging priorities and risks.
• Develop executive presentations and communications for complex information.
• Drive cross-team initiatives across ETS and Global Operations.
