- Provide strategic support, collaboration and advisement to the executive team
- Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars and screen contacts
- Triage incoming communications and act as a liaison to internal/external partners
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
- Maintain day-to-day books for personal entities and households
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
- Manage personal bill payments and vendor invoicing

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of executive administrative experience
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software systems
- Flexible team player willing to adapt to high pressure and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality.
