Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy and operations or related roles.
• Experience coordinating executive events and customer programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Executive Briefings and strategic events.
• Structure ambiguous opportunities and move to execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Workplace, and IT.
• Develop processes, templates, and playbooks to scale programs.
• Define monthly metrics and report to leadership.
