Job summary

Okta, headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking an Executive Briefing Program Manager to drive strategy and end-to-end execution of executive briefings at our flagship HQ center. This high-visibility role reports to senior leaders and interfaces with enterprise customers.

Based in San Francisco with travel up to 25%, you will own briefing objectives, coordinate with GTM teams, manage speakers, and measure impact using Salesforce and briefing tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM roles or executive briefing center management.
• Experience advising VPs and C-Suite executives.
• Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Own briefing strategy for flagship San Francisco center.
• Briefing Execution: Lead high-touch briefing engagements from initial request to post-briefing follow-up.
• GTM & Account Team Partnership: Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers to define objectives, customize agendas, build prep materials, and coordinate alignments.
• Executive Speaker Management: Source, prep, and manage internal discussion leaders; cultivate top-tier speakers.
• Operations & Reporting: Maintain post-briefing tracking and ROI metrics in Salesforce.
• Logistics & Alignment: Coordinate with Workplace and AV/IT for seamless center operations.
