• 6+ years in executive engagement, events, or program management.
• On-site owner during live executive events with real-time problem resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center, including on-the-day, on-site coordination with internal cross-functional partners.
• Serve as the central point of contact to all internal stakeholders involved in delivery and execution of briefings in Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
• Partner closely with Executive Engagement Leads and sales teams to deliver high-impact, memorable executive experiences in line with broader business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory related to Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
• Manage systems, tooling, and reporting for the global Executive Briefing Program.
• Identify and document process improvements that carry forward.
• Support management and creation of Executive Briefing Program assets and resources to drive internal awareness and external demand.
• Apply industry best practices for Executive Briefing Programs by utilizing systems, processes, and frameworks that increase operational efficiencies.
