Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an Experience Producer for the Morrisville, NC Executive Briefing Center to plan and execute customer and executive engagements. You translate engagement strategies into executable experiences and own the operational planning, coordination, and readiness needed for seamless delivery.

The role collaborates across Customer Engagement, Storytelling, Experience Technology, Guest Experience, Sales, Marketing, presenters, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer engagement, events, marketing, or production operations.
• Experience managing customer events, executive engagements, or similar complex projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans translating approved customer engagement strategies into executable experiences.
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, presenter coordination, production schedules, and readiness.
• Coordinate across Customer Engagement, Storytelling, Experience Technology, Guest Experience, Sales, Marketing, presenters, and agency partners.
• Confirm logistics, technology, presenters, meeting environments, and production requirements before engagement execution.
• Maintain production documentation, templates, checklists, schedules, and engagement records.
• Monitor engagement readiness, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Evaluate engagement execution and propose operational improvements from feedback.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve planning, scheduling, documentation, and efficiency.
