Job summary

Hitachi America, Ltd. is seeking an EBC IT Support Technician to deliver seamless technology experiences for executives and customers visiting the Hitachi Executive Briefing Center.

You will provide hands-on audiovisual, meeting room, and technical support to ensure flawless presentations and engagements. The role involves setting up AV equipment, supporting video conferencing platforms, troubleshooting room tech, and coordinating setups for high-visibility meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting audiovisual systems, conference rooms, or executive meeting spaces.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing technologies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audiovisual setup, testing and operation for briefings, meetings and events.
• Support video conferencing platforms including Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Troubleshoot displays, projectors, microphones, cameras and presentation systems.
• Provide real-time technical support during live meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate room setups and assist presenters with connectivity and delivery.
