Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, based in New York, NY, invites applications for a mid to senior level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate to join its New York office. The role offers exposure to sophisticated transactions within a nationally integrated corporate platform.

You will review benefit plans, advise on design and compliance, draft complex documents, and collaborate with senior partners while developing enduring client relationships in a mentorship-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years focused experience in employee benefits and executive compensation
• Substantial experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate and transactional benefits documents
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in New York or eligibility to become admitted promptly
• Ability to work independently in office 5 days per week with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review employee benefit plans, agreements, and compensation programs in connection with mergers and acquisitions
• Advise on design, implementation, and compliance of employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements
• Draft, revise, and negotiate sophisticated corporate and compensation related documents and ancillary deal materials
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously from inception to conclusion while delivering high quality, timely work product
• Collaborate with partners on business development and help deepen client relationships within the corporate services group
