This role offers the opportunity to work closely with shareholders, engage in client-facing matters, and participate in business development initiatives within a cohesive multidisciplinary practice.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits experience at a law firm.
• Experience with qualified employee benefits and executive compensation, including Section 409A.
• Experience drafting employment agreements, equity award agreements, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.
• Admitted in Illinois, California, New York, or Washington, D.C. (in good standing).
