Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks a mid to senior level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate for its Washington, DC office. You will work on sophisticated benefits and compensation matters in corporate transactions, collaborating with partners and mentoring junior staff.

The role offers direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility from day one, and a structured training environment within a national platform. In-office presence is required five days a week in DC.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
• Substantial experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate and compensation documents.
• Juris Doctor degree and DC bar admission or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Review employee benefit plans, executive agreements and compensation programs for corporate and M&A transactions.
• Assist in designing and implementing employee benefit and executive compensation programs for varied business structures.
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated corporate and compensation documents with high attention to legal and commercial detail.
• Manage multiple matters from inception to conclusion while maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Support and develop business generation efforts through group initiatives and individual relationship building.

This role offers direct access to sophisticated corporate transactions, advising on complex employee benefit and executive compensation issues for a diverse business client base. You will work closely with experienced partners, assume meaningful responsibility from day one, and build a credible long term platform within a well established corporate services team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid to senior level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate with:

• At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters
• Substantial experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate and compensation documents
• A Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in the District of Columbia or eligibility to obtain
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and productively within a corporate services focused practice
• Willingness to be in office 5 days per week in Washington DC
• $240,000 to $300,000 base salary depending on experience
