Job summary

Aon is seeking an Executive Benefits Specialist to support the administration of nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans and related executive programs. Hybrid work options span Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Radnor, PA, with potential for fully remote arrangements for strong candidates.

The role emphasizes precise plan administration, data validation, and high-touch client service, with opportunities to deepen expertise in retirement and executive compensation spaces.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in nonqualified deferred compensation or executive benefit administration.
• Ability to read/apply plan provisions and technical documentation.
• Strong client service, written communication, problem-solving, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer recurring NQDC plan activities including enrollment, deferral elections, vesting, distributions, and data changes.
• Interpret plan provisions and respond to sponsor/participant questions accurately.
• Coordinate data/transactions with payroll, recordkeepers, trustees, carriers, and partners.
• Reconcile participant data, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolution.
• Prepare client reports, communications, and enrollment calendars.
• Maintain plan documentation, participant records, and audit materials.
• Use Excel/database tools to validate data and support reporting.
• Manage multiple deliverables with quality controls and confidentiality.
• Identify process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Build knowledge of 409A, COLI, rabbi trusts, and related concepts.
