Aon is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support Account Managers, Executives, and Consultants in day-to-day client service for employee benefit plans. You will assist with enrollments, carrier communications, and proposal preparation while building a strong understanding of benefits products and industry practices.

The role offers exposure to client relationships, renewals, and benefit strategy initiatives, with a base salary range stated and potential performance incentives.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related experience or training.
• License to be acquired within first 3-6 months of employment.

Aufgaben

• Support Account Managers and Consultants in client administration.
• Assist with enrollments, renewals, and carrier communications.
• Prepare proposals and open enrollment materials for clients.
• Maintain and organize client files and calendars in Salesforce.
• Answer questions on claims, billing, and benefits for clients and carriers.
• Coordinate timing and content of client communications for open enrollment.
• Review benefits documentation for accuracy under supervision.
• Assist with 5500 data collection and carrier inquiries as needed.
• Support with benefit strategy initiatives and client presentations.
