NFP, an Aon company, based in Indianapolis, seeks an Employee Benefits Consultant to lead benefits strategy and renewal planning for mid-sized and large employers. You will partner with producers and internal experts to design long-term programs and manage a portfolio from strategy to execution.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in employee benefits, strong communication, and a Life & Health Insurance License. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 with incentives and a PeopleFirst culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance License

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic benefits planning and renewal for 250+ employee accounts.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high retention.
• Collaborate with producers and internal experts to design programs.
• Drive opportunities for client expansion and value-added services.
