Job summary

Aon in Hammonton, New Jersey, is seeking a Benefit Analyst to join our Consumer Benefit Solutions group. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to convert benefit information into the Plan Design Document (PDD) and support enrollment workflows.

You will analyze benefit offerings, develop client-specific PDDs, and coordinate with Account Managers, HR, and technology teams to ensure accurate enrollment and training. This role blends business acumen with detailed benefits knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ year benefits plan administration background.
• 1+ year customer service background.
• Proficient in Excel for creating formulas and templates.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication.
• SharePoint knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with each assigned Client to provide guidance on required documentation for the PDD.
• Analyze benefits offerings to ensure eligibility rules are reflected in the PDD and training.
• Develop the PDD for each client with accuracy and communicate screens.
• Coordinate with Account Manager to manage milestones and interact with HR/Benefits and Technology.
• Lead testing and training activities prior to enrollment and ensure smooth execution.
