Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an experienced AV Technician to support C-Suite and senior leadership with end-to-end meeting coverage across onsite, hybrid, and virtual environments. The role emphasizes professionalism, calm under pressure, and strong technical skills across collaboration platforms and conference room systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as AV Technician supporting enterprise meetings.
• Direct support for C-Suite and executive stakeholders in high-visibility meetings.
• Strong knowledge of AV fundamentals, conferencing audio, lighting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex) including scheduling and live support.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and stay composed in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for on-site, hybrid, virtual, and webcasting events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to gather requirements and ensure SLA.
• Perform conference room checks, maintenance, and basic fault isolation.
• Maintain service documentation and ticketing; generate periodic reports.
