Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. in Santa Clara, CA seeks an Audio Video Support Technician to install, maintain, and operate conference room and AV systems across the campus.

You will perform daily health checks, troubleshoot issues, and support executive meetings and large corporate events. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV and video conferencing environments.
• Excellent knowledge of room systems, endpoints, and conferencing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks and preventive maintenance of conference rooms and collaboration spaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve audio, video, presentation, display, and conferencing issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and support conference room AV systems and related equipment.
• Coordinate AV equipment moves, changes, and vendor support across facilities.
• Provide onsite support for executive meetings and large corporate events.
• Document issues, resolutions, and operational procedures; maintain inventory records.
