The AV & Event Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting executive meetings, corporate broadcasts, hybrid events, and live event production across Visa's Foster City and Mission Rock campuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred qualifications include 2-3 years of experience supporting AV operations, corporate events, live productions, or hybrid event environments.
• Demonstrated success supporting executive-facing events and high-visibility broadcasts.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 break/fix and support for AV technologies across conference rooms, executive spaces, digital signage and event venues.
• Validate presentation content, audio, video, and collaboration technologies prior to meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot AV, audio, video, and conferencing issues in real time.
• Support conference room technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, audio systems, displays, cameras, microphones, and presentation systems.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and operational readiness of AV equipment.
• Support and execute live broadcasts, leadership Town Halls, webcast events, and Visa TV productions.
• Operate video switching platforms such as Ross Carbonite, TriCaster, or similar broadcast production systems.
• Manage presenter transitions, scene switching, graphics integration, and production workflows during live events.
• Support hybrid event environments with both in-room and remote presenters.
