Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Audio Visual Lead Technician in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on providing advanced support for AV conference spaces, ensuring availability and reliability of rooms and equipment, and quick troubleshooting to keep meetings running smoothly.

You will deploy and operate Crestron, Logitech, and Polycom systems, coordinate room setups, and lead trainings while partnering with IT and facilities teams to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience or high school with 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years in a client/customer service-oriented environment, preferably in corporate conference centers.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office in an office environment.
• Excellent service orientation, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and follow-through.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and support of AV software and hardware configurations.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and C-level executive meetings.
• Proactively identify potential AV issues and provide solutions to clients' concerns.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of video conferencing services (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Lead deployment and operation of Crestron Flex, Logitech, and Polycom VTC codecs.
• Coordinate room setup per specifications and manage equipment readiness.
