Job summary

JLL is seeking an Audio Visual Lead Technician to join our team in Cambridge, MA. The role provides white-glove technical support for internal and executive meetings, manages AV systems, and ensures high availability of conference spaces.

Responsibilities include configuring Crestron, Logitech, Polycom, and video conferencing services (Teams/Zoom/WebEx), performing preventive maintenance, leading trainings, and coordinating with IT and client staff to deliver seamless meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years in a client/customer service environment.
• Experience with managing AV conference spaces in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and executive meetings.
• Proactively identify AV issues and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of video conferencing services (Teams/Zoom/WebEx).
• Lead deployment and operation of Crestron Flex, Logitech, and Polycom VTC codecs.
• Configure rooms per specifications and assist with setup/breakdown.
• Maintain conference room standards and equipment.
• Troubleshoot AV hardware and wiring; escalate to IT when needed.
• Lead trainings and assist with AV projects and onboarding.
