Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an AV/IT Systems Analyst for on-site support in Redwood City, CA, focusing on C-Suite tech needs, conferencing, and live events. You will lead AV/live production for town halls, ensure secure access, and streamline systems with automation.

The role demands independent work, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Windows/macOS, JAMF, M365, and streaming tech. Expect flexible hours around events and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a corporate environment, including direct experience supporting executives or VIPs.
• Hands-on experience with live event AV production, including audio mixers, stage lighting, multi-camera PTZ, video switching, video walls, and live streaming platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, JAMF, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Admin Center, and Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager; hands-on AD/AAD administration.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) with emphasis on reliability for live streaming.
• Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts for user management, system diagnostics, and automation.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills, with discretion and confidentiality for senior executives.
• Ability to work independently as the sole support contact in Redwood City, lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and support events with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide discreet, executive-level support for laptops, mobile devices, conferencing, and business apps.
• Anticipate executive needs and prepare tech for meetings, travel, and high‑visibility events.
• Maintain executive rooms, video conferencing systems, and presentation gear.
• Deliver reliable livestreams and in-room experiences for remote and global staff at town halls.
• Own end-to-end technical production for monthly town halls and all-hands events, including rehearsals and real-time issue resolution.
