This position requires the ability to effectively communicate across internal and external organizations while working with staff and management across multiple departments and hospitals. Provides assistance to other senior leaders within UH Administration which requires considerable discretion and judgement as dealing in matters of a highly confidential nature. Oversees office matters relating to facilities and supplies. The UH administrative suite supports the University Hospital senior leadership team that is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations.**Position Summary**This position will have the primary responsibility of coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities, travel, calendars, and projects supporting the Administrator and Administrative Directors as assigned. This position will involve interactions at all levels of the organization and the public. This position will be responsible for developing and coordinating materials needed for meetings and following up on multiple requests. This position will draft and compose letters and/or reports, take meeting minutes, arrange meetings, make reservations, travel, order supplies, food, and other duties as requested. This position will also be responsible for assisting with other senior leader’s calendars and tasks within UH Administration as needed.**Organizational Expectations** Practices within the Medical Center's policies and procedures. Adheres to the Value statements as demonstrated through positive patient and guest relations, positive and effective interactions with staff, and formulating and meeting developmental goals. Maintains professional conduct and promotes a positive team attitude by adhering to organizational expectations.
