Job summary

Green Leaf Productions seeks an organized Executive Assistant to support Senior Management in a fast-paced TV production environment. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, and help keep the executive’s office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate anticipates needs, handles shifting priorities calmly, and maintains discretion across confidential information in a dynamic entertainment setting.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion, judgment and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom and calendars.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy calendar, internal meetings, production schedules, pitches and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries and expenses.
  • Handle calls, emails and correspondence with discretion.
  • Serve as liaison between executives, production teams, networks and partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, table reads and production reviews.
  • Maintain confidential files and sensitive information.
  • Support special projects and events as needed.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and urgent operational needs.
