ESPN is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment across creative, technical, and production teams. You will manage calendars, coordinate complex travel, prepare presentations, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard confidentiality.

The role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-volume, high-visibility tasks with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of executive assistant or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience handling complex travel arrangements for executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of tasks for four senior executives.
  • Manage daily office operations.
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, travel, expenses, and events.
  • Prepare presentations and liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Coordinate complex travel and expense reporting.
  • Process invoices and liaise with Finance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Interact with ESPN executives and external contacts.
