CrowdStrike is looking for an Executive Assistant to support three VP-level leaders across our global Engineering organization. This role provides administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with Engineering teams and cross‑functional groups to keep leaders and their organizations running smoothly.

This hybrid role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Redmond, WA, with onsite presence required two days per week and additional in‑office attendance for executive

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong calendar management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate leadership and staff meetings, agendas, materials and notes.
• Book domestic and international travel and reconcile expenses.
• Plan and organize group events for up to 60 attendees.
