One Clean Family in West Chester, Ohio, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This full-time, in-office role supports the CEO with calendar management, correspondence, and project coordination across multiple departments.

One Clean Family is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our growing, family-owned organization in West Chester, Ohio.
This position combines executive administrative support, project coordination, office administration, operations support, scheduling, task management, and business process coordination.
We are looking for someone who enjoys organizing information, managing important details, coordinating people and projects, and ensuring work gets completed accurately and on time.
This is not an executive management position. We are looking for an exceptional support professional who can independently carry out assigned responsibilities, build reliable systems, and help our CEO and leadership team operate more effectively.
If you have experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Coordinator, we encourage you to apply.
One Clean Family is a growing, family-owned organization supporting multiple businesses across commercial cleaning, equipment supply, service, and related industries.
Our team values honesty, integrity, professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
We believe successful organizations are built by people who take pride in their work, support one another, and consistently deliver on their commitments.
Use and maintain information across business software and administrative platforms, including:
Experience with every platform is not required. However, strong computer skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and the ability to learn new technology quickly are important.
The ideal Executive Assistant is someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, organization, and dependable execution.
Communicates truthfully, handles confidential information responsibly, acknowledges mistakes, and demonstrates sound professional judgment.
Works carefully through detailed processes, verifies information, follows instructions, and prioritizes accuracy over simply completing tasks quickly.
Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, tracks outstanding work, and ensures tasks are completed without requiring constant reminders.
Comfortably manages multiple assignments, competing deadlines, schedules, and administrative responsibilities.
Accepts guidance and constructive feedback, learns new procedures, and adjusts to changing organizational priorities.
Enjoys creating and maintaining checklists, spreadsheets, standard operating procedures, documentation, and repeatable workflows.
Communicates clearly and respectfully with executives, managers, employees, customers, and vendors.
Understands that the purpose of this position is to support organizational priorities, improve execution, and help others succeed.
We welcome applicants with experience in positions such as:
We value demonstrated capability, reliability, integrity, and attention to detail more than impressive job titles or extensive corporate experience.
This is not simply a receptionist, clerical assistant, or traditional administrative support position.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and support multiple businesses, departments, and operational initiatives.
The role requires a combination of administrative organization, project coordination, process documentation, business systems knowledge, and consistent follow‑through.
However, it is equally important to understand that this is a support and execution role—not a strategic leadership or department management position.
We need someone who can take direction, understand expectations, organize the necessary steps, and independently complete the work with exceptional accuracy.
You should enjoy both coordinating larger projects and completing the small, detailed, everyday responsibilities that keep a business running smoothly.
