• Exceptional communications, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize communications including meetings, phone calls, and emails; determine urgency.
• Prepare memos, presentations, research, agendas, notes, and related materials.
• Manage executive calendars and schedules; coordinate meetings and events.
• Arrange travel and process expense reimbursements; maintain contacts lists.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain up-to-date files.
