Nscale, a GPU cloud platform for AI, seeks an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Investor Relations. This high-impact role connects senior finance leaders with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders, coordinating priorities across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
• Experience supporting investor relations or senior finance executives is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars and executive travel.

Responsibilities

• Own a complex calendar and manage the SVP's time across time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and visas.
• Prepare expense reports and support IR budget tracking.
• Support investor relations events and meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain investor records and IR systems; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other EAs.
