Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive support experience with calendars, travel, events.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
• Experience drafting written communications and updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage leaders' complex calendars and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, visa requirements and expense reporting.
• Oversee scheduling and logistics for shared meeting rooms.
• Support employee engagement initiatives with local Executive Assistants and the ASO Business Planning team.
• Coordinate offsite events and key meeting logistics, tracking dates and details.
• Arrange meals or refreshments when leaders are unable to step away.
