You will support three Product Managers (two MDs and one ED) with calendar management, meeting logistics, and professional correspondence, ensuring discreet handling of sensitive information. The role requires five years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Five years of administrative experience or equivalent required.
• Strong ability to organize tasks and priorities.
• Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information in interactions with senior management.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and calendar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage agendas for 3 Product Managers (2 MDs and 1 ED).
• Screen calls and determine priority while protecting information.
• Coordinate and logistics for internal and external meetings.
• Arrange and coordinate domestic travel.
• Organize events including catering and transportation.
• Process invoices and T&E expenses following policies.
