Qualifications

• Five years of administrative experience or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage agendas for 3 Product Managers (2 MDs and 1 ED)
• Screen calls and determine priority while protecting information
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and logistics
• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel
• Organize events including catering and transportation
• Process invoices and travel expenses in accordance with policy
• Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding and equipment access
• Produce high-quality emails and messages across levels of the organization
• Maintain department documents and executive bios
• Anticipate issues and advise on delays
• Edit spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings
