United States Digital Space LLC in São Paulo is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Sr. Directors, Sales - LATAM + DACH, ensuring day-to-day admin and operational needs are met and helping drive key priorities.

The role requires fluency in Portuguese and English and is based in our São Paulo hub. You will manage calendars, travel, expenses, and confidential materials while aligning with global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an administrative or support role.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English with strong communication across stakeholders.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Discretion and handling of sensitive information.
• Positive, reliable approach fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sr. Directors’ calendars, meetings, expenses, and travel.
• Brief and prepare ahead of key meetings and events, including confidential reports.
• Coordinate Senior Management meetings and follow-up actions.
• Plan and execute monthly/quarterly leadership offsites and events.
• Create executive materials using Slides and FigJam.
• Liaise between Sr. Directors, leadership teams, and LATAM + DACH teams.
• Support logistics for internal and external events when needed.
• Develop processes for efficiency and global alignment.
