The position emphasizes a high-trust, right-hand partnership with the business leader, handling both business and personal logistics with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting a CEO, business owner, or entrepreneur.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lake Worth during business hours.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex business calendar, meetings, appointments, and competing priorities.
• Serve as primary contact with employees, vendors, and advisors.
• Triage and respond to emails with timely follow-up.
• Book and manage domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Track deadlines and action items; prepare agendas and ensure completion of open items.
• Organize digital records and confidential files.
• Support business operations and administrative workflows.
