You will anticipate needs, coordinate complex scheduling and travel, and serve as a trusted liaison with senior leaders and external partners, enabling strategic priorities and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in global or high-growth orgs.
• Proactive, kind, and adept at anticipating executive needs.
• Proven success managing interactions with senior leadership teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as right-hand to VP Global Supply Chain, anticipating needs and creating leverage.
• Coordinate complex scheduling, travel, communications, and team prep with discretion and efficiency.
• Act as trusted liaison with senior leaders and external partners, ensuring preparation and executive presence.
• Support cross-functional and global collaboration across BioMarin sites and time zones.
• Leverage digital tools, including AI, to drive efficiency and new ways of working.
• Draft, review, and refine communications, presentations and reports.
