The role involves managing confidential information, complex calendars, events, and domestic/international travel coordination. You will help foster a positive team environment and build relationships across the group and beyond.

The position requires 5+ years of senior-level support or 3+ years at Amazon, and proficiency with Microsoft Office apps. In-office presence is required five days a week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
