Ricursive Intelligence is a frontier AI Lab focused on building self-improving systems, starting with chip design. We are reinventing chip development and closing the loop between AI and the hardware that fuels it, recursively accelerating the path to artificial superintelligence.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our two co-founders, Anna Goldie and Azalia Mirhoseini. You will drive their daily priorities, manage time demands, and act with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting founders or executives at early-stage startups.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal direction.
• Proactive, detail oriented, self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage two co-founders' calendars and scheduling conflicts.
• Serve as liaison and primary contact for external parties.
• Coordinate agendas, context sharing, and track post-meeting actions.
• Handle end-to-end travel itineraries and expense submissions.
• Support Office Manager on strategic office initiatives and daily operations.
