Genesis AI is seeking an operations professional to serve as the operational backbone for a fast-growing AI company. You will manage founders' calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel while building AI-driven workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.

Ideal candidates are highly autonomous, exceptionally organized, and able to adapt to ambiguity. You will collaborate with founders, employees, investors, and external partners, and support recruiting logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive support, operations, or a similarly fast-paced role.
• Extremely fast and reliable, with a strong bias for action and follow-through.
• High autonomy and sound judgment, with the ability to anticipate needs and operate with limited direction.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and discretion.
• Adaptable and resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
• AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools and building automations.
• Bonus: Technical fluency with AI agents, APIs, scripting, or workflow automation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage and protect founders' calendars, prioritize competing requests, and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Serve as a key point of contact between founders, employees, investors, and external partners.
• Own domestic and international travel arrangements, including last-minute changes.
• Support recruiting coordination, candidate visits, and interview logistics.
• Spot operational gaps, proactively solve problems, and take ownership of ad hoc initiatives.
• Build AI agents and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and inefficient processes across executive support and the company.
