As a trusted partner to our Chief Operating Officer, this role will manage the COO’s schedule, communications, meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day priorities—helping create the space needed to focus on the bigger picture.

Beyond executive support, this person will help bring important projects to life across our Operations team. From coordinating cross-functional initiatives and improving processes to keeping teams aligned and deadlines on track, this role is perfect for someone who loves turning moving pieces into meaningful progress.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer and communicator who anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, and brings a healthy bias for action. • You thrive in a fast-paced company environment.
  • Ownership Mindset – You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks, and are motivated by contributing meaningfully to the company’s growth and success.
  • Collaborative – You thrive working cross-functionally and value strong communication, transparency, and teamwork.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and design, implement, and improve processes to increase productivity and scalability.
  • Support the development of executive reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of information.
  • Assist with contract coordination and cross-functional initiatives involving legal, finance, and operations teams.
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritization for leadership, aligning time with business priorities.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and operational support for leadership.
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the COO, including management of professional and personal priorities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks that support overall team efficiency and execution.
