Lance (YC W26) builds autonomous AI agents for hotel operations and is scaling rapidly. We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team, handling day-to-day execution so the leadership can focus on customers and growth.

You will coordinate meetings, travel, events, onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficient use of AI tools. This role offers in-person or remote work options.

Formación

• A degree from a strong school.
• Highly organized, fast and reliable, and you close loops the same day.
• Discreet with sensitive information.
• A strong, clear writer.
• Proactive, and you anticipate needs before anyone asks.
• Comfortable with tools and AI.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate meetings and travel.
• Help run events from planning to day-of.
• Handle expenses and vendors; track receipts and scheduling.
• Support new hires with onboarding logistics.
• Support operations and admin to keep systems running.
