Job summary

FOX is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to support the CEO of the FOX D2C platform within Tubi Media Group. This role demands discretion, superb communication, and a track record of backing C-suite leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

The EA will partner strategically, manage priorities, and serve as a cultural ambassador across Fox and Tubi. The successful candidate will be on-site at least 3 days a week, handle confidential information with integrity, and drive alignment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of executive support experience, especially for CEO/founder/senior executives.
• Ability to exercise discretion and act autonomously in high-stakes settings.
• Polished communication skills with senior stakeholders and board members.
• Proven calendar management, travel planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison and gatekeeper for the CEO, optimizing time and communications.
• Manage a dynamic calendar with multi-time zone scheduling and frequent travel.
• Prepare board materials, investor briefs, and executive presentations.
• Act as project manager for CEO-led initiatives across leadership teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between the CEO and senior leaders at Fox Corporation and Tubi.
