Qualifications

Significant experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in an EA role.
Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and daily executive operations.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/Co-Founder.
Own complex calendar management and meeting coordination.
Coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
