Key responsibilities include leading internal coordination, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring outstanding service to clients. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in executive support and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in executive support or client services.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication with various stakeholders.
• Manage and streamline internal processes and workflows.
• Assist with customer invoicing and collections.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives.
