Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our CEO and ELT. You will be highly organized, interact with all levels, and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment with high standards for excellence.

This contract covers maternity leave; you will handle calendar management, travel, events, and critical communications while maintaining discretion and strong relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of executive support experience.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, and Confluence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high discretion.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Leadership Support: Provide daily support for the CEO and ELT.
• Calendar & Communication Management: Manage calendars and email, track action items, and brief the CEO.
• Travel & Expense Management: Arrange travel and submit expense reports.
• Meeting & Event Coordination: Lead ELT, CTOO, and company-wide meeting coordination and offsites.
• Project & Administrative Support: Track projects, prepare materials, and build internal/external relationships.
• Agility: Pivot to shifting priorities and new tasks.
