Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Medical Officer in a fast-paced healthcare services organization.

This onsite role reports to the VP of Strategy Execution and Go-to-Market Enablement and requires proactive, highly organized individuals who can manage complex calendars, travel, and high-priority projects. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, preparing materials, handling confidential information, and

Qualifications

• Executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare or Go-to-Market exposure preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex Outlook calendars for the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Medical Officer.
• Coordinate executive travel, registrations, itineraries, and related logistics.
• Organize Go-to-Market and executive meetings and events onsite or offsite.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and cross-functional communications.
• Process invoices and expenses with discretion and accuracy.
• Provide backup support, interview scheduling, and special projects.
