Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an intermediate-level administrative professional to provide clerical support within a department. You will manage calendars, prepare documents, and assist with communications under supervision. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and customer-service orientation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–3 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and enterprise systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and maintain correspondence, reports, and records according to procedures.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for team members.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve routine issues or escalate as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with data entry, document verification, and updating databases.
  • Support event planning activities such as logistics and materials preparation.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability and cost-efficiency.
