Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, seeks a Program Assistant in the Space Special Programs team. You will support the GM by managing calendars, coordinating tasks, and handling travel and documentation to keep leadership focused on mission growth.

You will enable engineering teams to work efficiently, partner with operations, and ensure secure handling of sensitive information in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an administrative role supporting a senior executive.
• Strong communication and excellent written/verbal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail across operations.
• Discretion with sensitive information and data handling.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS clearance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at pace.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively enhance GM productivity by managing time and tasks.
• Manage the GM’s schedule and align priorities across activities.
• Handle travel planning, arrangements, and expense reports.
• Organize and track long-term goals for the Space Special Programs team.
• Prepare documents and gather information from company resources.
• Facilitate meetings with customers and partners, ensuring paperwork is ready.
• Support office operations to enable engineering staff to work efficiently.
• Assist with design reviews, meetings, and proposals preparation.
• Collaborate with Head of Operations to foster office culture.
• Assist data collection and document creation for GM and corporate needs.
