Anduril’s CAO office seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to provide a wide variety of complex and professional-level executive administrative support duties in support of 2-3 VPs. This person will be in a position of high trust and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients. The Senior Executive Assistant is expected to help drive cross-functional projects and initiatives critical to the CAO Executives, while also serving as a liaison to senior management teams. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, action items with limited oversight, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high-level of professionalism and discretion. Being able to anticipate needs of the Executives, maintaining balance among competing priorities, and working well under pressure are essential skills to succeed in this role.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
