Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative experience for a senior executive.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence with a data-driven, people-centric approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain TS security clearance.
• Understanding the pace and lifecycle of spacecraft development and working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the GM’s schedule and prioritize activities.
• Coordinate travel planning, arrangements, and expenses.
• Organize long-term goals and preparation of documents.
• Facilitate meetings with customers, mission partners, and other external entities and prepare necessary documentation.
• Support Head of Operations and enable engineering staff to focus on tasks.
