Job summary

Ashby Lumber is seeking an Executive Assistant - Sales & Marketing to partner with our VP of Sales & Marketing and help keep a multi-location operation organized and moving forward.

You'll combine executive support with sales/marketing coordination—prepping meetings, tracking priorities, supporting campaigns, events, and our sales teams. Berkeley and Concord travel may be required. This role emphasizes organization, discretion, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EA, admin, sales support, or marketing coordination.
• Experience supporting a senior leader.
• Strong Google Workspace skills.
• Experience managing business social media.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting materials and action items.
• Support sales reporting, meetings, campaigns, and CRM upkeep.
• Create and schedule social media content; assist with website updates.
• Coordinate with marketing vendors and campaigns.
• Plan contractor events, trainings, vendor meetings, and customer events.
• Own special projects and turn ideas into action.
