You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and help keep operations running smoothly so leaders can focus on top priorities. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of senior-level support or 1 year of Amazon experience, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple directors, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports in compliance with company guidelines.
• Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and engagement activities that strengthen team culture and collaboration across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows for your leaders and their teams.
