Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree typically preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and high-volume coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritizing meetings and protecting executive time.
  • Coordinate all aspects of meetings including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Serve as a liaison, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and research for meetings and projects.
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and board meetings.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and other administrative staff.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and reporting as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives across the organization.
